As part of a planned green build subdivision this was the first house to be erected. The investors decided to explore the option of hempcrete but used a house building kit to make the frame. In order to add the hempcrete to the depth required for code we had to retrofit the frame. This was the first hempcrete house to have ever been built in Michigan and was sprayed by our team with the assistance and guidance from Cameron from Americhanvre. We sprayed a depth of 9 inches for the build and it took us 10 days including the framing. Completed in July 2022
